Quality Control Aluminum Composite Panel process is performed on premium band composite sheets in three steps.

These three steps include pre-production inspection, production process, and post-production inspection.

The Quality Control Testing Center of the Premium Bond Factory is led by an experienced and specialized team with the idea of ​​producing quality products that can compete with world standards, equipped with the most modern and accurate laboratory tools in the Middle East.

The center pays close attention to the following three points :

1) Items such as device control, production line guidance, process management and compliance with implementation integrity criteria.

2) Group competence in terms of knowledge, profession and experience.

Due to the diversity of different climates in Iran, one of the most important tests performed in this center.

The temperature test is -20. C and the high temperature tests are from +60. C to +80. C according to ASTM standard.

The results show the compatibility of premium bond composite sheets with different harsh weather conditions.

It includes very cold areas such as Azerbaijan and hot and humid areas such as the Persian Gulf islands.
