Execution of composite facade with fixed system

In this method, the implementation of composite facade after cutting and grooveing is fixed, with screws or rivets, on aluminum or iron substructure, which is installed at high speed. Execution of aluminum composite facade with Hang system

In this method, the sheets are installed on the special aluminum profiles in the form of rails using embedded boots.

After the implementation of the infrastructure iron belts, with the aim of eliminating the possible errors of the structure,
iron angles with bean grooves will be installed on the belts in accordance with the oxidation provided in the executive plans.

In the next step, the aluminum rails with a certain cross section in the axes of the iron corners are connected to the substructure by aluminum brackets with two bean holes.

In this method, to prevent corrosion between iron and aluminum,
PVC dielectric tires between aluminum brackets and iron corners are used. Finally,
composite aluminum sheets are installed on the lamellae by means of U-shaped aluminum connections (called stud gutters) that are placed inside the aluminum lamellae.
