Steps to implement the rail method

First, the first connections are designed according to the structure of the building.

Metal bracket installation :

After welding the metal can, the brackets are welded to the cans in the designated places according to the metal substructure map.

In these angles, two holes are provided on both sides to connect the aluminum angles to the bracket.

Aluminum corner installation :

These two corners are attached to a metal bracket.

This corner has two bean-shaped holes
To regulate the studs, the sheet is embedded in the metal substructure to eliminate possible errors.

Installation of rail studs :

Rail studs are also attached to the aluminum corner with screws. The grooves on both sides of the gutter and in the middle of the gutter are for moving the gutter up and down, and the groove in the middle for the gutter to move the bolt or the gutter child up and down. In addition, the middle groove is responsible for sealing and guiding the water down.

Bolt gutter installation :

Bolt studs are screwed to rail studs. In addition, there is another horizontal bolt and nut in the stud child, which is installed to regulate the sheet and move left and right.

Groove and sheet cutting :

According to the groove and shear maps and the assembly of the sheets, first the sheets are cut, then the grooves are created to bend the sheets. After making the grooves and cutting the sides of the sheet, the punch press is drilled. These punches are made at the edges of the sheet, with the middle screws of the stud studs placed on top of the punches and the sheet mounted on the studs.

Bending and sheet assembly :

The sheets are bent in the direction of the grooves after cutting and cutting, punching and cornering, and after all the corners are fastened, they are riveted and assembled.

Install and execute composite :

After the assembly operation, the sheets are thrown on the bolt studs according to the layout plan. Due to the fact that the sheets can be moved horizontally, the sheet may be on the facade when it is created from behind the wind or for any reason. Make a sound or do not interfere with the grooves due to the movement of the sheet, so to solve this problem, the corner of the sheet at the top and bottom will be fixed diagonally with a corner and with a corner rivet to the sheet and rail stud.
