Extrusion unit

In this section, polyethylene and pigment granules, which contain different percentages of different grades of polyethylene.

Adhesive Film

In the new premium band production lines, PREMIUM BOND polyethylene from the extruder outlet immediately enters the leveling rollers with Adhesive Film. The advantages of new machines compared to older types (in which polyethylene joined the Adhesive Film after leveling and then over a distance in two steps) are as follows.

1: The crescent-shaped polyethylene form formed on the back of the rollers, which is formed with the support of two Adhesive Film, causes the bubbles to come out towards the sides and destroy it, and as a result, the polyethylene sheet is free of any bubbles and has the highest adhesion with Adhesive Film. It is possible.

2: Simultaneous leveling of polyethylene and joining Adhesive Film prevents the entry of dust or our insects between them and does not create spots with poor adhesion.

Protective and cutting

After removing the sheet from the cooling unit and reaching the sheet to the appropriate temperature, the film is cut on the adhesive sheet and then the edges of the sheet are cut by the discs to reach a width of 1250 mm. After this part, the sheet enters the guillotine station and the longitudinal cutting of the sheet is done to reach the longitudinal size of 3200 mm (or the size requested by the customer). Careful adjustment of the cross-sectional and longitudinal cutting tools of the sheet is very important for the production of complete Gunia sheet with minimal error and the output product is continuously measured by the quality control unit during production.

Quality control of raw materials

Polyethylene is the main component of composite sheet and should be
of good quality in order to have proper stability and resistance,
provide proper adhesion with aluminum coil, flexibility for rolling and bending of sheet in composite sheet,
flat surface and no distortion. It consists of a combination of three different grades (ACP polyethylene used in industry).
