Fixing composite facade implementation
In this method, after cutting and grooveing, the composite sheets are fixed with screws or rivets on the aluminum or iron substructure, the installation process of which is fast. In the space between the installed sheets, a belt made of sheet metal or polyurethane adhesives or adhesive and silicone rubber is used to create a more beautiful and waterproof facade. In the fix method, two types of aluminum and iron substructure can be used.

Execution of aluminum composite facade with Hanging system
In this method, the sheets are installed on the special aluminum profiles in the form of rails using embedded boots. After the implementation of the infrastructure iron belts, with the aim of eliminating possible structural errors, iron angles with bean grooves will be installed on the belts in accordance with the oxidation provided in the executive plans. In the next step, the aluminum rails with a certain cross section in the axes of the iron corners are connected to the substructure by aluminum brackets with two bean holes.
In this method, PVC dielectric tires between aluminum brackets and iron corners are
used to prevent corrosion between iron and aluminum. Finally, composite aluminum sheets are installed on the lamellae by means of U-shaped aluminum connections (called stud gutters) that are placed inside the aluminum lamellae.
Advantages of Hang Composite Implementation System:
- The system is sealed mechanically, without the need for rubber and silicone glue.
- Aluminum substructure is used to execute the facade, so the structural behavior of the substructure and panels is the same in the face of thermal stresses.
- It is more resistant to earthquakes caused by earthquakes, strong winds and building stresses.

on the perfect cuts of composite plates and panel boots.
